TERMS OF USE

1 RETURN POLICY

Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items.


You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be made. Be sure to include contact information when returning a product and include the tracking number and a brief description of the issue.


dokidokishop.se suggests that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service because it makes it easier to track the package if needed. dokidokishop.se will issue a refund if it is a valid return. If you have paid by invoice, we need a bank account number so that we can transfer the money. The easiest way is if you send us the bank account number by e-mail.

1.2 SHIPPING

To be able to return your product, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. Instead, send your product to:

You must pay for your own shipping costs for products that you return. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. How long it takes to receive a new product depends on where you live.


If you are sending an item worth more than SEK 700, it may be a good idea to use a trackable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item that you return.

2. REFUND POLICY

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The product must also not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be returned in the original packaging. Products that are part of the 'Handmade' category cannot be canceled or returned. With the exception of when the product is significantly defective/broken.

2.1 REFUND

Once your returned product has been received and checked, we will notify you by email. We will also let you know if we will make any refund or not.


If the return is approved, a refund will be made automatically to your credit card or other payment method within a certain number of days.

2.2 PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where we only make partial refunds: products with clear signs of use, which have been opened. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts and is not our fault. All items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2.3 LATE OR FAILURE TO REFUND

If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes some time before the refund is credited. 2.4 SALE GOODS

Refunds are only made for goods at regular price - not for sale goods.

2.5 EXCHANGE

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, we want you to send an e-mail to: [email protected] and the article to:

2.6 GIFTS

If the item was listed as a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the gift. Once we have received the item, we will send you the gift card.


If the item was not listed as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver received the item to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and he or she will then be notified when you have returned the item.

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • PostNord (Varubrev 1:a klass, MyPack, REK, REK International)
  • DHL (Delivery within EU)
  • UPS (Delivery to USA)

The prices are based on weight and are therefore different depending on which and how many products you buy.

Shipping within Sweden: Delivery times approx. 1-7 working days

Shipping within the EU: Delivery times approx. 2-10 working days

Shipping to the USA: Delivery times approx. 2-15 working days


Conditions for delivery are also specified in the checkout under the respective delivery method. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective article. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. For pre-orders, the preliminary delivery information stated on the respective product page applies. If you have made a pre-order or bought an on demand product, you have accepted the condition that applies to this, i.e. that your products may be sent later than normal and that the information on the product page is what applies at the time of purchase.

If you choose a delivery method that is not traceable, we disclaim all responsibility for any loss of the package. Our responsibility applies until the shipment leaves our warehouse. All traceable shipments are considered delivered when the respective shipping company has notified that the package has been delivered to the recipient. If a package has been left outside the recipient's door, the package is considered received, we are not responsible for any losses in connection with this.
